now NMLS registered and state licensed lender that's another level all together.. but not always required for commercial purpose loans.. in my mind ANY lender that contacts you from a post on BP is suspect until proven other wise..

I do have boots on the ground in PA, but they can't force people to rent, you just have to lower prices until the deal is so sweet for them rent-wise, that good tenants can't resist.
