We spoke to a lady who told my wife that she was tired of speaking to investors trying to lowball offer her!!

A family friend contacted me recently about a lady, who died intestate in NW Washington DC.

But we all run into people who aren't willing to short-sale their property, and they would like to attempt a loan mod.I haven't done any loan mods, but the lady I work with does them occasionally, and charges $2500.Getting a loan mod and versus getting a short-sale approval is essentially the same amount of work.

So i kind of gave up on that deal now i want to move on to the next one which is a lady that wants to sell her home to me but has 2 mortgages how should i go about this?
