If a renter has a work request they would fill out a detailed form on the app asking for specific information about the request including pictures, and any other vital information that contractors would need ( appliance ID's, location . . . ect).

spend the less than 1k it cost and get a RE license then try to get on with a brokerage that will allow you to work on as  a team member.. earn as you learn. keep your day job.do not spend any money on any paid for training at this point you can't afford it and your not going to make any deals with no money no skills etc.save your money

I make a decent living and for the most part i enjoy the work i do (sales, project management, and some skilled labor). but with no room left for further advancement it is obvious to me that this company is not my vehicle to financial security let alone independence.
