I haven't used them but have heard a lot of good stories from Bildwise customers.

While I could see a case being made for a higher end appliance (which may cost more than $2500 anyway), the vast majority of appliances utilized in a rental scenario, in my opinion, meet the definition of rotable and temporary.

How would you utilize $30,000 to create future opportunity for profit in real estate?

Terms of Consideration:In this mutual termination, both landlord and tenant agree to the disposition of deposits and financial responsibilities in the following manner: Landlord will return security deposit by June 6, 2018 less damages caused by tenants, missing items and outstanding utilities/water bills.We'll fill in the terms later but do you think this is good enough? 

A lot will depend on what type of real estate you want to become involved with; rentals, flips, wholesaling, brrr, singles, multi-family, commercial, etc.Here are a few suggestions:  (especially for singles and small multi-family)  concentrate on the best school district, get the worst house on a great block, stop your car and get our and actually speak to people working on their yard or just sitting on their porch, eat at a local mom/pop coffee shop--sit at the counter and speak to the waitress and customers.  

Almost like a VRBO except you would bring your own house.On the surface this sounds like it would be reasonable but I would ask how you plan to market the concept to your customers.

Right now you money is not utilized at its full potential with being tied up in this home.
