I am glad to hear that Cleveland is so actively pursuing business development(since it has been on an economic decline for decades, and is only the 28th economy in the US) with large business such as google, and that they are allowing you to do what you want with your personal property, etc.

but generally speaking this is a non starter in real estate unless the LTV is so low that someone will do a loan to own in other words thinking your new and cant pull it off if they have to foreclose they are assured of not losing.. 75% LTV loans in foreclosure many times will lose the lender some money
