Any advice regarding the market in the Springs and surrounding areas would be graciously welcomed!

I would imagine it being a bit more profitable and faster to make money on rehabs or flips in the surrounding areas.

I'll drive by the properties, take some pictures and video of the house and surrounding neighborhood.

In regards to real estate, I am looking in Clayton county, rockdale & newton county, east point, and areas Surrounding the airport 

The taxes are high and some of the surrounding areas are less than ideal, particularly the Austin neighborhood to the east. 

@andy audate, yes for now just surrounding areas.

The main reason was I shifted my focus away from Beaumont and surrounding areas in order to diversify my portfolio and started investing in commercial in Austin and other areas where there are no HUD houses.

Hi @Rico Saldana I have 12 under 200K when I search for duplex, triplex, quad in Orange County only....19 when I open it up to surrounding areas Seminole and Osceloa....but not crossing the bridge to Volusia county :-)

We've purchased houses in the communities that surround bases, but we've most often been posted in places that have substantial economies, outside of the base.  

We've been saving capital and studying the surrounding markets for the best local areas to begin a wholesale/fix-flip business.We have a zipcode measured out for where we want to begin.
