My only thing with it is that it was hard for me to stay focused because it’s just reading slides for 90 hours whereas some of the other schools have videos and what not.

Ordinarily, a problem you have in replacing a water heater is that you want to slide the new water heater into the drain pan, but you need to get it over the edge of the pan and not smash the pan.

Just a couple of other suggestions to add (hopefully I'm not duplicating):- Mark sessions as Novice/Intermediate/Advanced- Clarify whether sessions are being video recorded for later posting on BP site (or via an attendee link), or if/when slides will be available.

Here are my notes from my travels and subsequent research:Most common areas to travel to/invest in: Ambergris Caye/San Pedro/Isla Bonita (by far the most popular and most developed tourist area, made famous by Madonna with her 1987 hit "La Isla Bonita"), Caye Caulker, Placencia, Corozal, Cayo District Areas to avoid: Belize City (the only actual "city" in Belize, it was mostly destroyed by a hurricane in 1961 and never really got rebuilt despite still being the main population center.

Then it was designated as wetlands & the value of the land dropped to zip & they are now stuck with it including taxes based on an inflated assessment.But on the positive side the 39 acres immediately behind us, that was sold for $2mill for a huge subdivision, was subsequently designated as wetlands so they cannot build on it but it's great for breeding mosquitoes.
