Hello everyone!

My name is Keyur Patel and I’ve just joined BP. I am new into the world of real estate so any advise on setting up business formation, working with CPA, Attorney, RE agents, in the Atlanta area would be greatly appreciated. I am completely starting from scratch like many people so if there are books, seminars, videos that would be beneficial, please let me know.

Additionally, I understand RE is a big world and there are many facets to investing this world. So I wonder if anyone recommends one over the other for novice investors to get their feet wet. Personally, I am looking to build my equity over time for a passive income, but I also read about flipping and that’s something that excites me a lot.

Besides looking on Zillow, auction.com, trulia, should I look elsewhere to gather/analyze numbers and communities? Thank you
