Your letter might get "accidentally" brushed into the garbage can in 10 seconds flat depending on the mood of the person who reads it.You'll catch more flies with honey than vinegar...I would be neutral, calm, and objective -- state the facts only and use "please" a lot.

A better question here is why does OP's "investor" object to being identified to the lender. 

Avoid the "shiny object syndrome" by narrowing down your niche as soon as possible.

They save money not having to do a locked in lease and also they normally go with us unless their work requires a relocation specialist because we are likely one of the few people they know in the area or they would have stayed with them already.
