There is an incredible amount of technology available nowadays.

You're smart to stay away from low end D class properties.

Trying to invest with no money down is a strategy, but not a smart one for most people.

Probably not going to get the same appreciation that you may get in Denver but I think businesses are going to start moving to secondary markets as technology makes their operations more mobile and they realize it's cheaper to do business in smaller markets.

Personally, I love the intricate details and quaint ornaments that were an integral part in the construction in the 1900's, however, I'm not particularly fond of the fact that the technology utilized in these apartments don't quite cut it now-a-days.
