Probably not going to get the same appreciation that you may get in Denver but I think businesses are going to start moving to secondary markets as technology makes their operations more mobile and they realize it's cheaper to do business in smaller markets.

Personally, I love the intricate details and quaint ornaments that were an integral part in the construction in the 1900's, however, I'm not particularly fond of the fact that the technology utilized in these apartments don't quite cut it now-a-days.
