Then I get some contracts, the simpler the better as far as I'm concerned.

Sometimes city liens are for lack of permit inspection or other simple fix concepts or they might be able to be negotiated down to a lesser amount.

And yes I already know that a simpler solution would be to buy property where it doesn't snow, but it's a little late for that advice.Thanks,Hal
