It is remote and beautiful with a 1,000 gallons of water a day from the existing tank that is filled via a natural spring on the property.  

Anyone have experience with oil tank who is leaking and if it's worth to buy a house death have a oil leak and how much we can negotiate me the bank for that

One area that I really support one is in the event the buyer/owner/landlord would not be able to cover a major system failure.In Arizona Water Heaters tend to have a life cycle of 7-10 years before the tank leaks due to the water and corrosion.

We have to learn from our neighbors to the south and follow the lead of the real sharks!

The tank is right there under the sink so draining will be a cinch.

I'm a bit confused about how it was even POSSIBLE to flush that much, but the plumber explained that it could have accumulated over the past year if the tenant cleaned out a fish tank w/ a bucket and dumped it into the toilet without removing pebbles.This gravel was removed by using another machine to blast 400psi of water through the drain pipes.
