I just did 2 kitchens, similar in size to what you show in the pics, and both cost under $2K for cabinets, counter tops and sinks.

Am I missing something in the pic but on the deck shouldn't there be another vertical post support at the outside corner on the right before it goes back towards the second door of the building ???

Look at the pics of your competition within a price range, see how you compare in terms of overall appearance and finishes, and what utilities are tenant responsibility (and are they part of the rent, or separate cost).

Hopefully they post some good pics to save you the hassle of having to reach out to them on a house that's a bad deal from the get-go.
