I know the Scioto Woods area is to the north of my "Farm" and is within the price range you were looking for and is in a good public school zone.For shorter term 1-3 year investments I would look North of State Route-40 and West of I-71 for that price range.

Find an area with public equestrian trails, add decent living space, a paddock with a run in shed, enough room to park a horse trailer and you would have a very underserved market.

You can search the county's online public records for sale prices and dates.

We also generally don't have a lot of public chargers even so I see properties in Narragansett with chargers.
