I’m worried as even if the property management company is established and professional I want to have greater control over my money and I don’t know what they do with it or whether or not they underpay me.Do property management companies allow the owner to have rent payed into their bank account preferably via an online portal like Buildium where both can manage operations and then the owner pays the property manager their management fee.

I have a lady who will give me up to $50,000 as needed just with a telephone call, her rates are high, but I don't mind paying the juice because I have confidence that I am able to assign my contract quickly using the Control and Roll formula and the Auction Marking.Good luck, be safe,Charles

The impact of pandemic to real estate market is expected to be short-term, and the the market will resume its growth as soon as the situation is under control.

If you can't keep control your finances, you are highly unlikely to succeed in real estate investing.

I like having more control over my deals, not having to rely on a relator to show me the homes I want to see, and getting to deal directly with all parties involved.

There's a controlled, pre-existing relationship (likely of a sexual character - but I don't know you and I'm not assuming) between the agent selling the property and the inspector who assesses its quality.
