If it was just me, it doesn't matter, so theres a lot more pressure!  

The lifespan of a quality metal roof is long and you won't get a chance to fix these things later (without significant rework);don't buy the cheapest metal roofing you find ... as many times it is thin (28 - 30 gauge) and of poor quality.  

Probably the only thing done here is re-route the over-pressure drain line so it goes down instead of up, thus keeping the the valve from sitting in water and possibly building up calcium, which could make it stick shut. 

That puts an upward price pressure on commercial leases.

The city has increased by 15.2% over the last decade (above the National average of 9.7%) and continues to put upward pressure on home prices and rental rates.

Eventually my plan was for us to do our own deals going forward but I wanted to gauge the community here to see if there could be other options we have.I appreciate any feedback and also wanted to provide an introduction.

Have you attempted to get deals in markets with a bit less pressure?

The problem is I am facing a lot of pressure at work and no matter what I do I always feel like I am not doing enough.
