Sure, I did get some experience with mailing and calls, but now I know to go to the clerk's office with a list of properties and omit any that are currently bank owned, but not yet foreclosed/for sale.

My husband and I were looking for commercial real estate office space that would allow my medical practice to grow. 

I'm not sure if its just Pennsylvania, but when we called the Attorney General's office in Harrisburg, they were able to connect us with the department who oversees Service Animals. 

I also have loan officers that routinely call to see what we are working on.

At the moment he has 3 of the 4 units rented (upholstery company, lawyer's office, and not sure what the other one is).
