I didn't notice any other big cracks in the parts of the basement walls I could see, but most of them are below grade and I can't see them from the outside of the house.

I made the mistake of using apartment-grade laminate on my last rehab and most of the cost was the labor, I should've forked an extra $1 sq-ft for the 1500 sq-footage home and I could've more than made up for it in higher rent across 6 months.

A C-Store, a wharehouse/office, a strip center and an apartment building will all have some similarities but they just can't get you there to fully investigate the realm of commercial properties.There are lucky investors and property owners.I know an old guy who had an 8th grade education that did very well with commercial properties.
