Eventually may never come meaning to it now if that is your passion.If business school and getting another lisc. is your passion then great - however - that isn't what you wrote - your just doing it for the knowledge - what you REALLY want is to own and mange real estate.

Aside from that - Does anyone go to college for what they love and have a passion about anymore?

It's never too late to start - all that is required is a strong passion and desire.

Thats probably the subject you're passionate about, you already have an outline, and you can write and make what your blogging about even more thoughtful and detailed in a book.

It would take a special team of like-minded guys, but I have seen special things happen with passionate, smart, and youthful dudes.
