Buy a lot of land somewhere, preferably 30 mins no traffic (1 hour normal rush hour traffic) from silicon valley.  

Be very organized.

We are looking for an investor-friendly (timely, organized) real estate attorney to draw up new leases.

This should be used as a loose guide as it is best to let the conversation flow naturally and organically. 

Most of what I've been doing goes into a spreadsheet, but now it's all getting more out of hand.So, what I'm looking for is a useful contact management and lead system so I can quickly ,  or at least somewhat quickly go through and organize all these leads and contacts and maybe followup via text or email from all one platform rather than piece meal.

My 2017 goal is to get that garage organized so I can 1.

No more traffic and the amount of sleep I get is amazing.

Even before this this was my policy as it is what I was taught by the Rental owners Organizations as best practices.
