My advice...Attorneys by their very nature are deal killers

Even if a tenant doesn't pay their utility bill and has their electricity, natural gas, or water turned off, we are in the clear and are not required to remedy.

I think the benefits of texting, like leaving a clear record of who said what, are really offset by the natural tendency to interpret texts and emails negatively, and how that affects landlord-tenant relationships.

My attorney advised I should consider paying instead of rocking the deal for $800 because Fannie Mae is so messed up and the agent/title co are so incompetent it may just turn this into a tailspin.

The lot is small, flat, literally no streams, rock outcroppings - things that would warrant a poor topographical characteristic.

A normal rain doesn't pose a problem, but the buckets mother nature dumped on our area last week -- about 4-5 inches in total -- and you can see how this might be a problem.
