Basit,According to the link below, only time you use 4797 for your rental property if you are in the business of renting properties to earn a full-time income.

Per @Ryan Kenneth's suggestion, here is the link to Manitoba's property assessment portal:https://www.gov.mb.ca/mao/publ...It appears to be live year-round and shows recent sales history for properties in your chosen neighbourhood

Do you have any info or a link to state farm that says this?
