The initial setup is nerve racking as you wait for that first check, but once that initial payment comes in, it is on time.

Is there an option or something I can do to help load pages faster, cause waiting 15 to 30 seconds per load is just crazy in this day and age.  

My question is, should I sell it now and make $500k+ to reinvest in multiple other properties or wait the unknown amount of time for the property to be sub-dividable and potentially make 3-4x?

I have this awesome property that I’ve been in the process of buying the last few months, it was originally posted for sale by the original owner, but he passed away at the end of last year, so I had to wait for the property to get to get through the probate process.

Btw, waiting until; you “need it” because an incident of liability has occurred is usually too late to do any good (statute of frauds). 

I mentioned the idea to my previous lender and he was saying about the same $100K-$150K.  

However, as others have mentioned, that might not made sense for you if you're planning to just purchase a single SFR or start flipping.

If not, then I will have to wait until I'm 20 to buy my first house.
