Raising rents another $100/mo. would bring me to a total monthly cash flow of $730.90 beginning in March 2023.

i've paid a deposit for a rental and more towards half rent of this month, however my circumstances have changed and i dont want the rental. i was due to sign the lease tomoro. what are the legalities around me getting my deposit and rent for march back?
