I've been working with a firm that offers legal services to real estate investors for close to a year now and have slowly become a convert to the idea of real estate, looking to dive in personally and build up a portfolio over the next several years (I am living in northern Minnesota.)Other than second-hand experience I don't know anything about real estate.

Both are good services.

Offer your services as a financial analyst on a consulting basis. 

Make sure he doesn't have a written agreement to provide service.

The key in my opnion is a great dependable support staff, namely your cleaning service.

The USGS has monitoring points for those concerned about river and stream levels, and the National Weather Service also provides graphs using data from the USGS.

@Lydia Bolling most of the hard work can be done anywhere you have an internet connection so your lunch hour and after the kids go to bed are perfect times to do research, if you don't have enough time maybe the solution is to narrow the search so that you have less properties to sift through

There may be sites or services that will give you a vacancy number.

Also, other properties that I love in booming cities are maxi-storage or light industrial buildings that contractors or service providers can call home for their businesses. 

I'm having trouble putting faith in a tech company to provide tech services that I can't even get setup.I give a lot of leeway to the program simply from the BP referral to the site... but has anybody used this yet?
