Looking to network and meet new people in the industry.

That industry is a printing press for money and I finally got tired of making others rich... really really rich.

Ive been in the travel industry for 15 years but had some bills to pay and waited for income to go up to get to the point im ready. 

Shes a local agent/investor who works almost exclusively with new local investors, helping them get a strong start in their REI Journey.

Working in the industry where relationships with all sorts of people is the main aspect is tough for some people. 1st off, I would say, do not beat yourself up for having such a caring personality. 

I'm excited to be apart of these forums and to have joined the real estate investing industry!

The difficult part is figuring out what part of the industry will be hit the hardest, and when.

I wish for it to be very in-depth so as to understand lots of facets to the industry and process.

I work in the "what if" industry, so naturally the "what if" in a friends fight comes up.Everything else checks out on both (strong credit, no evictions, no criminal, etc.).
