Extroverts do get more out of office culture, but I think what COVID-19 has taught us in RE is that working in an office environment in real estate is wholly unnecessary.

To make things incredibly simple this is what you need to take away from this thread.This applies to all of your wholesale transactions---If you are attempting to sell a property that you do not own you are brokering real estate.
