My thinking is that as I grow my number of properties I'll be able to sign management contracts with each and, if I get to the point where I can hire a full time property manager, I could begin taking on property management business from properties not owned by myself.I'm interested in hearing people's thoughts in regard to the tax, legal, and practical implications that would result in using this strategy and whether anyone is or has used this strategy before.

Furthermore I see a tenant who lets me know when there are issues as an opportunity to keep looking in on the place AND with more improvements that I make to the unit the greater the appreciation in value....

Boy if I was a ground partner of his in any other market I would be telling him to stop selling my product.. anything goes sideways and of course its not his fault.when in fact Morris's whole presentation is full of his opinions that are contrary to good business practices or reality to anyone with any kind of experience in the space.
