Yes they may be paying their rent, but we all know there are other ways in which tenants can be problematic (there are bad landlords as well).

I know a few Realtors that have created their own property management company.  

I know about the VA's One Time Close Construction loan for us veterans.

Borrowers were able to push back and get all their interest paid credited to principal and that just in pre trial negotiations who knows how a judge would have ruled..
