Don't rush the process for the sake of quantity.

Start the process of making an actual booking and see what types of fees they are passing through to the guest. 

Though, this process will be the same for the other state (if you created a CA LLC you may need to register it as a foreign LLC in the state in which you are doing business/holding property).

You can likely expect the rental process to take longer than it did even just 3-4 months ago.

This is why talking to the wrong people can set you back light years in real estate investing.You are rushing the process from your post.

@Alexandra Joy  From your answers it seems like this might be a furnished medium term rental and if it is the first tenant you have had in it you may be seeing some of kinks in the property, your process and you may also have a demanding tenant.
