I have ~$150k tied up in this that I'd like to use for buy and hold residential but it feels like I'm trapped.Anyone have any creative solutions to end my pain on this one?

They might ask you to get a verification from you lender, which shouldn't be an issue unless your lender wants to be a pain in the rear.

Yes, there are good buys on MH`s but reselling them can be a pain if not impossible.

I moved to this after a particularly painful state comptroller audit.
