Private mortgage reporting
If I have an investor willing to hold the note on a rental property, is it possible to have it reported to the credit bureaus? I'd like to use it to build credit for future investing.
Also, how would we go about making the note marketable, should they want to get out? I'm assuming that note buyers would want more than a spreadsheet to show payments!
