Real estate is seldom a short term play - in fact, other than rank speculation in Vegas style gambling, no investment is going to make you rich, or financially independent in a couple of years. 

What Unique Platforms and Technologies do you Offer?

I have a separate prototype for a listing platform, but it is not live. 

I have recently been putting a decent amount of time into researching Lead Acquisition & Management platforms trying to determine what is the most convenient & cost effective way to obtain systems that will interact seamlessly with each other.

You do a Google search or look on any of the social media platforms and see 100 people trying to sell you a get rich quick real estate investing strategy or whatever it may be.

Just set alerts on all of the online platforms for distressed deals and analyze everything that comes into your inbox!

Not even a bad lead called.I understand that I am supposed to spend 3 months and many mailing campaigns to see results, but it seems like that would be a huge gamble at this point considering there was nothing to show for the first round.Any thoughts on online marketing, auctions, etc?
