@Brian Gibbons you say set up the servicing account with the mortgage being paid and the excess going to me.

I also choose to have umbrella insurance to cover any excessive liabilities that may occur on my out of state properties.

I am in the early stages of buying so I am just looking to get pre qualified at this point and to gain a little more information.

I did stage the condo well and sold it in 1 week. 

Since I could use some extra income I was very happy about him choosing to pay as things progress with results.We are in the very early stages but I'm hoping and believing that lining up with him is a HUGE key into my growth in Real Estate Investing.

Hello Everyone,I'm planning to start my own real estate investment company and I'm in the planning stages right now, but I was wondering how neccessary is office space for the business.

My question to BP is what do I need to do to get a legally binding easement right provision from the neighboring relative for future excess to the property?

Can anyone in the Atlanta area recommend a good staging company that would serve the Gainesville, GA area? 

When the contractors are done we will have a professional cleaning service come in and give the place a deep clean, have the property staged, and have a professional photographer come and take listing photos.

I would pay market or above price for properties that were long term hold if I had an excess supply of capital.
