Just take their word for anything that might be wrong with the property.To be a little less abrasive, look at it as a simple numbers game, is it worth the $400 to have someone who is working as an agent for you to inspect a $100K Home?

But then you go to the auction and well then the local players are there and you get out bid.. or you end up getting caught up in it and bid to much either way its a numbers game.... very hard to just pluck one at trustee sale very hard.

I would feel stupid vacuuming crackers and shampooing Play-Doh out of the carpet on a brand new car, but when they're grown it'll be game-on.

THEN, the credit background check came back--Evictions, bankruptcies, lawsuits --she swore it was her Sister who" STOLE her identity". she was a professional scammer, --they know the game and play it very well--

We don't do million dollar specs here, LOL, that would be a rough game. :) 

I am new to the game as I have not done any deals yet, but I am excited about getting started. 

Swiss is what the wholesalers were using, but that's a whole different ball game.  

And by the contractor having skin in the game, the GC would not likely draw our the process and it would be done quicker with attention to the finished product since he/she will profit from a home that will sell quickly.

I know the topic that I'm inquiring about has probably been addressed and/or beaten with a dead horse but I'm really not trying to allow my fear of the unknown to stop me from jumping in and taking action like I did 1...
