I've been writing "content" and it's difficult to write about professional and technical aspects of real estate at the 8th grade level.

I don't think any of these homes had AC or heat (definitely not central), so that's another aspect I'd have to contemplate.

I work with multiple investors and there are quite a few companies who have appetites focused on certain aspects of the investing world: ie flippers, buy and hold, multi-family or SFR rentals...etc.  

Everyone is focusing on the primary residence aspect of the residence.  

I think the greatest benefit to commercial real estate is the forced appreciation aspect.

That jury trial aspect may make it drag out longer, but if he's not paying, he's going to lose.
