Hi, I'm looking for authoritative help in the area of providing my buyers with an appropriate/professional looking interest statement that shows what they paid in the past year from the purchase date (which was in 2011) through the end of this past year.

When I emailed her to ask, she just sent me a doc that covers agency relationships.

Obviously some of my statements were very broad, as I did not want to risk crossing the line on political posts on BP.

I sent her an e-mail saying that it was not a defect, was user caused and asked her what she thought a fair resolution would be.

Your last statement leads me to believe you're looking to 'flip' properties.

I would also think that the the lender could issue a statement that removes her future liability from the debt or deficiency in the future.
