Highway 20 closes over the pass during the winter so it becomes a long dead-end road, probably only summer demand.

place enough tenants, manage enough properties, oh yeah, dead bodies, roaches, fires, property damage, evictions, drug raids, it's all gonna happen, law of averages.

Hey @Leo Robinson, I'd love to see this discussion fleshed out, too.

It's almost as if the main objective of Google, inc. is "advertising revenue," and terms marketers are selling the next 'angle' to get buyer, seller and/ or investor 'leads...' which generally means "dead leads," or unqualified, "prospects?!"

Ultimately it is difficult to give anyone else your passion about real estate, but I've personally found that my performing notes can interest attorneys, engineers and controllers of companies that typically scrutinize home deals until they are dead.  

The only way is to do business in such a way you are not being forced to carry the load of the dead wood they keep piling on top of the backs of the productive members of society.The only way is to let the socialist experiment happening right now to collapse under its own weight.
