BRRRR rates increasing
Is the BRRRR strategy only effective if the rates are low? I've been hearing that rates are increasing so does that nullify the BRRRR strategy? I want to begin the BRRRR strategy soon, but I am saving money currently.
If the answer to this is no, will there ever become a time where rates are too high for the BRRRR strategy? Or does the strategy work as long as the rates are lower than your short-term loan?
Sorry for the long question(s) but I’m really trying to understand this process and I don’t want to go all in on a strategy that isn’t good for the current climate.
