The plumber's work/involvement is minimal here, so I prefer to not pay them a mint to make a few connections when in reality the most critical part of the job involves excavation.

With San Diego rents, speed can be as critical as cost as daily rents add up fast.  2 weeks on some of my LTR units is over $2k and in high season some STR units can be over $5k in 2 weeks.
