You fill out a VA form, I don’t remember exactly what the number is, it’s the request for a Certificate of Entitlement (COE).

You really learn a LOT on your first one, I suspect I'll learn a LOT on my second as well.I was hoping there might be a standard program where they will agree to increase the taxes at a more reasonable rate, and get me to the assessed value over three years or something along those lines. 

We also constantly have our eyes out for lender programs that either alleviate or eliminate the appraisal process.
