I set up my 401k (through work) and an IRA on the side about 3 years ago and I've been contributing as much as I can since then.

My business was a business partner with the LBUSD/Long Beach Education Foundation, as a result of my many financial contributions.

Hello BP, I am learning so much from everyone and I hope I can contribute to newbies like myself once I have some experience to share. 

My name is Justin, I am new to real estate investing and I am excited to contribute to the BP community.

My other idea was to bring a business into that portion of the building, such as an internet cafe, and work with the tenant to help facilitate the package pickup.

This could be from a single investor or from a group of investors who make contributions to your company in exchange for a share of the ownership in the project.

I wouldn't talk to them about specific value or $, but being friendly and coming from contribution and trying to be helpful/nice has worked well for me.
