Hello everyone! Glad to be on this forum!  I've head about BiggerPockets for a couple years but just finally decided to join once I started reading The Book on Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner and this forum was mentioned heavily in the book, so here I am.  I've had a rental property now for about 4 years that I've been managing myself and want to start learning more about Rental Property investment and start buying more properties.  I am currently an IT Technology Consultant, so this will be done part time, but planning to add 1 property every other year.  Can't wait to see how everyone here is finding their deals and how you finance them.  My first rental seemed to be a bit of a pain to finance, 25% down, 6 months of savings for both the rental AND my main residence, there has to be a better way!
