In the garage, there are 2 locked cabinets, one for my workshop tools and the other for housekeeping's linens. 

Additionally, since we bought the house from a flipper, it has much nicer finishes that a rent-ready home, so i'd be worried about renters damaging the nice cabinets, flooring, etc.

Oil stain in the cabinet is pointless to argue over.

We are currently redoing the entire house; flooring, bathrooms, kitchen cabinets, removing Luna walls and sheetrocking, removed a bunch of unnecessary walls to open floor plan up, new doors and trim, new furnace, waterlines, water heater, lots of new wiring and lighting, pine T&G walls in dining room, insulated attic and a ton of landscaping (mostly tree, brush and flower removal).

I know about castle wholesalers for cabinets, ajappliances for appliances.

Roof,appliances,flooring, painting,hvac,cabinets,gutters,etc.

Seems like the trend is going towards grey cabinets now instead of white.

Salvaged the cabinets, added a tile backsplash, new floors, paint, and new vanities in the bathrooms.

So I will be adding new kitchen cabinets and countertops, as well as new roof, fresh coat of paint, little bit of landscaping for the back yard.
