Bonus tip: Repost your rental every couple of hours on craigslist so it stays visible until you finally get a tenant in there renting it out at your 3 bedroom price.

Each of the Zones offer various means of aid to local businesses, but for commercial properties and residential rental properties there are two areas of interest: 1) Bond money for rebuilding2) Bonus depreciationBy far, it is the bonus depreciation that has garnered the most interest.

Lets call that the :( side.2) And there is the happy side... passive income (syndications, passive partnerships ie medical/dentist offices) and passive losses (depreciation, bonus depreciation via cost segregations common in syndications).

I believe Redfin has their agents as w2 with base pay and bonuses.

My only concern with the fund, is how much depreciation and bonus depreciation is really available on mobile home parks.
