Discussing your offering with attorney must be a first step prior to taking any action including advertising your offering. 

I found Apartments.com (free), but I'm looking for other free listing sites for advertising apartments. 

You must also pay for advertising, wear and tear on your car driving for dollars, gas money, business cards, website, stamps for 500 letters/postcards per week, etc.  

By that I mean search rental advertisements in your area figure out who the players are then dive into the companies and call them up seeing if they have any abilities. 

I'm starting a mailing campaign targeting apartment owners in Ohio, primarily in Cincinnati, Columbus, and Akron. 

. :)Regularly seeing wholesalers ask close to if not retail values for property, and/or other shenanigans, like advertising sub-to terms, a violation of the due-on-sale clause seen in most if not all mortgages, even the sale of property, considered licensee activity, when all they have is equitable interest in said property, at best.

The video to buy the product showed that FLIPSTER came with everything he advertised for $97 which is too many to go into on this thread - But when I bought it for $97 as advertised in the video those features were locked out unless I paid the $297 a month which was misleading and that is the issue!  

If the website is full of text without any social proof and 2 pictures, sure it's a bad example.Lumping everyone into one category and saying all SEOs and marketing experts get it wrong is, of course, your opinion, but I would agree most marketers in the real estate industry do not have the proper knowledge to execute an SEO campaign correctly.Cheers to your success and wish you the best.
