Some exceptions could be tax liens, municipal liens and whatever liens in your jurisdiction have Super priority over first lien mortgages.

Hi @Thomas Garnett,A lender local to you can give you a super rough ballpark idea based on stated income, stated assets, stated credit, but I personally would never put anything in writing... it would be a "stated ballpark."
