We just had to take a tree down (preventative-- angled straight at an $$$$ neighbor's house) , and we posted a picture of it on CL, with some details, and got people to send us quotes.. they varied from $500-$3,000, with the average being around $1200.     

Where I’m from depending on if you’re buying turnkey or fixer upper you can average between 12-20%

Wanted to get thoughts on if its a good investment as the cash flow is really good and there is an established person running the house who has been in the industry a while. 

So, your insurance might be much higher than the national average.

To answer your question: Truly, I'm more interested in owning my own properties but naturally helping to manage the properties of others would also advance my education of the industry. 

The problem is, in my area, the average price of a home or any property really is ridiculous.

I'm succesfull in buying small multi family properties I can basically average a unit a month.

All three homes are in less than average shape.
