Others are going to be beating down your door because you parked a foot too far out of your space and you put a fan in your window. 

The long-term goal is really essential to decide what to do.That's why I love to challenge the BRRR fans about the hourly rate for the time they invest in combination with the performance of the asset when (hopefully) everything they hoped would occur and they can actually refi and get any cash-out.

@Kyle Garand yes, I'm a big fan of Cranston actually but it's on a lot of people's radar so prices have gone up.The pros are that Edgewood/Pawtuxet is a nice, stable and generally well-maintained residential area.
