The long-term goal is really essential to decide what to do.That's why I love to challenge the BRRR fans about the hourly rate for the time they invest in combination with the performance of the asset when (hopefully) everything they hoped would occur and they can actually refi and get any cash-out.

Identify and work with honest and experience wholesalers - Ehhh - will have to read up on this, not a huge fan of wholesalers Put in some sweat equity if you have the risk tolerance and willing to take that route. - This as well, I plan on making small upgrades (ie: flooring/kitcheb/bathroom) to houses before I sell to ideally get the value up OR just make them easier to sell.

@Kyle Garand yes, I'm a big fan of Cranston actually but it's on a lot of people's radar so prices have gone up.The pros are that Edgewood/Pawtuxet is a nice, stable and generally well-maintained residential area.
