Straight-up rent-by-the-room?

We have sold on paperstac, lots of brokers on there that never close.

I wound up not doing any BRRRRs or flips OOS.

It's about buying, fixing up, letting out, getting a new loan, and doing it all over again.

We have started down the road of fixing the place up, because we have a strong personal relationship with the seller, but it's time to get this in writing and set this deal up legitimately.I'm going to jump on YouTube and watch some Pace vids, but any other suggestions, resources, etc. would be greatly appreciated. 

As you build up equity or cash you can start to grow into mobile home parks, SFH, fix flip, MFH, land development,’etc.  

Yes, my wife works the summers up there and we are in Wolfeboro from late June-Early August.

I would talk to lenders about the HELOCs, refi's of you existing properties to free up cash.  

My problem is, they tend to get swept up before I have the time to blink.
